Supervision

I offer a relational and integrative approach to supervision, creating a warm, supportive, and reflective space where supervisees can think openly about their work. My intention is to provide an environment that feels both containing and stimulating — somewhere you can explore clinical material, professional challenges, and your development with curiosity and without judgement.

My practice is informed primarily by psychodynamic, person-centred, and relational-developmental perspectives, while remaining open and responsive to a broad range of therapeutic approaches. I place particular value on developing a shared language with each supervisee, enabling us to work collaboratively and creatively even when our theoretical orientations differ.

I support supervisees in building confidence, deepening clinical insight, and cultivating flexibility in their practice. I offer monthly and fortnightly supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and psychologists, working with both early-career and experienced practitioners. My work is guided by the Seven-Eyed and Cyclical models of supervision, which provide a structured yet flexible framework for reflection. Alongside clinical material, supervision can also include attention to professional identity, therapist self-care, and the wider context of your work.

Areas of support may include:

  • Clinical work and client dynamics
  • Reflective practice and self-awareness
  • Therapist self-care and resilience
  • Private practice development
  • Continuing professional development
  • Accreditation/senior accreditation with the BACP

Supervision fees:

  • Individual supervision costs £70 per hour, pro rata for the length of time required
  • Group supervision costs £80 per hour, pro rata for the length of time required and divided by the number of participants (maximum of three)
  • I offer a limited number of discounted rates

I see therapists in person at my practice in Battersea or online via Zoom.
