How to get started with counselling:

Send me an email letting me know about you
Have an initial free telephone chat
We can then set up an assessment session
If you decide we are a good fit, we can agree dates and times
Sessions are generally weekly and last 50 minutes
Sessions for individuals from £75-£85
Sessions for couples are £110
Supervision - please enquire for price

I am registered with the following health insurance providers:

Aviva, Axa Health, and Bupa.

I also offer some concessionary rates for those on a low income and for trainee counsellors.
